
Asustek executives must be feeling a little bit like folks at Nintendo as they swim in wads of cash. The Taiwanese company has just reported having shipped 700,000 units of Eee PCs in September alone – breaking the previous monthly high record. Q3 shipments have touched approximately 1.7 million units, and the best is yet to come with October and November being traditionally strong months thanks to the year-end holiday season for many countries.
