Or at least any other multi-limbed mutant, as even regular deified DJs like Fatboy Slim and DJ Tiesto will have a hard time with this four-armed turntable. Constructed based on a TW-Acustic Raven AC turntable with three motors, this device is currently on display at the Rocky Mountain Audio Fest over the weekend. It is the brainchild of Jeff Catalano from Highwater Sound, and features arms from Breuer Dynamic, Graham Engineering, Triplanar, and Ortofon, along with cartridges from Dynavector, Ortofon, and Miyabi. The price for such tech-wizardry? A cool $56,000, and even at that you don’t even get any cables to come along with it.
