Halo Light Could Help Save Lives

While most of us have gone through emergency evacuation drills before, it is very different in the actual event as panic tends to set it, especially during a fire where everything around you is chaotic. Enter the Halo Light concept that helps pierce through the smoke by shining a glowing, pulsing halo on the floor that points toward the right direction you need to crawl to during an emergency. After all, it can be pretty hard to figure out those glowing red EXIT signs at staircases if the smoke is super thick around you. I wonder why this simple yet effective concept has not taken off the ground yet.
