HP Oak In The Works

The Wall Street Journal has scooped up news that HP will be rolling out a new consumer-oriented iPAQ smartphone in the near future, powered by Windows Mobile 6.1 that will come with the following features :-

  • Touchscreen and slide out keypad
  • 7.2Mbps HSDPA connectivity
  • Wi-Fi connectivity
  • Bluetooth 2.0 support
  • GPS receiver

Should this be the HP Oak, it will hit Europe this September via Vodafone. We can look forward to an approximately price of £260 for the Oak.
