Nextar Offers Two New SNAPs

Nextar will be rolling out a couple more GPS units from its SNAP range – the SNAP5 and the SNAP7. The former will come with a 5″ touch screen display while the latter will, surprise surprise, have a 7″ display instead. Both SNAP5 and SNAP7 navigation units will share the following features :-

  • 0.7″ thickness
  • Stereo speakers
  • Text-to-speech support
  • US/Canada Tele Atlas maps
  • SD memory card slot
  • Integrated MP3 player
  • JPEG viewer
  • 2D/3D map viewing modes
  • Rechargeable Li-ion battery
  • Magnetic docking station

Both of them won’t go on sale until next spring, leaving you plenty of time to save up $299.99 and $349.99 for the SNAP5 and SNAP7, respectively.
