
Nextar will be rolling out a couple more GPS units from its SNAP range – the SNAP5 and the SNAP7. The former will come with a 5″ touch screen display while the latter will, surprise surprise, have a 7″ display instead. Both SNAP5 and SNAP7 navigation units will share the following features :-
- 0.7″ thickness
- Stereo speakers
- Text-to-speech support
- US/Canada Tele Atlas maps
- SD memory card slot
- Integrated MP3 player
- JPEG viewer
- 2D/3D map viewing modes
- Rechargeable Li-ion battery
- Magnetic docking station
Both of them won’t go on sale until next spring, leaving you plenty of time to save up $299.99 and $349.99 for the SNAP5 and SNAP7, respectively.
