Panasonic has reduced their fuel-cell’s size by 50%, making it comparable to a normal laptop battery (finally!). We’re looking at it here in blue, in what seems to be a “Toughbook” laptop. According to Panasonic, 200cc of fuel can run the laptop for 20h (in the most economical power mode, we think). The idea of having an “instant-charge” by refueling is really appealing, don’t you think? Don’t get in line to buy one, however, it won’t be commercialized before 2012.
