I’m just back from the CEATEC show (Tokyo) and after carrying a D-SLR for a week, I felt the need to upgrade my camera strap. I found a cool one in Akihabara that connects to the tripod socket, just like the Rapid-R, but I attach mine to my backpack, while the Rapid-R has a nice body-strap. Using the tripod socket is the fastest way to quickly attach/detach a camera in my opinion. Take a look at the video demo, it explains pretty much everything.
