Retrevo the site dedicated to consumer electronics buyers launches the Retrevo Pulse, a suite of tools that allows users to monitor the CE Price Index, the CE Demand Index and the most popular products and brands (in real time). Retrevo came up with the formula for these indexes (see detailed info in the screenshots provided by the company after the jump) and generates them using the data collected from the Web and from the product interest patterns of its large user base. The indices are available on the Retrevo Pulse page. This could be a great free tool for CE product managers :) We can see on the graph that this quarter, the demand is slowing down, which is unusual for this time of the year. I wonder why…
