Samsung will soon roll out a cell phone that not only boasts a high resolution 8 megapixel camera, it will also feature real optical zoom for more accurately focused shots compared to the majority of other handsets out there. The size of the phone will be a wee bit larger though, but that’s a minor tradeoff considering the 8 megapixel unit is able to autofocus around 57% faster, making it more suitable for fast paced action shots instead of stills. We hope to see such a Samsung handset hit the market earlier next year – perhaps a preview at CES 2009 will do?
