Most Bluetooth headsets do nothing but offer hands-free communications, right? Apparently not. SouthWing has gone the extra mile with its SH241 Bluetooth headset which is able to tap into AT&T’s VoiceInfo news and information service at the press of a button, allowing you to listen to the latest in headlines, travel, sports, news, and weather information as long as you’re hooked to a AT&T Bluetooth-capable cell phone (iPhone users, let out a whoop of joy!). Since the system is voice-activated, all you need to do is speak your selections and you’re good to go, although I’m not sure how accurate the speech recognition system is. At least there is no need to press further buttons to help you concentrate better on the task at hand. You will be able to pick up the SouthWing SH241 for $39.99.
