The iPhone and iPhone 3G might usher in an unmatched user experience, but it isn’t perfect either, especially when it comes to landscape orientation in certain essential smartphone applications. Typing on a portrait QWERTY keyboard just doesn’t quite cut it, and one is prone to make mistakes with huge digits. TouchType aims to correct this mis-orientation by opening its own text-entry window that will feature a much more comfortable, wider, landscape-oriented keyboard in tow. TouchType can be purchased for $0.99 from the iTunes AppStore.
