Vodafone aims to inculcate the reading habit among its subscribers by offering a new “Books on Mobile” service in conjunction with GoSpoken.com. This new website allows subscribers to purchase and download audio books as well as e-books within a fortnight’s time. These downloads are easily accessible via a catalog, and you’d best be hooked up to an unlimited data plan if you want to do plenty of reading on your handset. Most of these books will be priced anywhere from £5 to £15, where all purchases will be charged to your monthly bill. Guess the cell phone’s functionality is expanding more and more, so if you want to do reading on the go, why not get a device with a huge display for your eyes’ comfort?
