Starting from tomorrow onwards, Wal-Mart Inc. will be making available the G1 Android-powered smartphone at a discounted price. All 550 Wal-Mart stores in the US will carry this $148.88 smartphone for new customers, while current ones who qualify for an upgrarde can sign up with a new two-year agreement, saving $31.11 compared to picking it up directly from T-Mobile for $179.99. How do you think this will impact the sales of the G1?
