All you need to do is hum and the EZ-TP trumpet will get to work straight away, helping you learn the proper fingering as well. In addition, you can download songs and load them onto the EZ-TP to help speed up your learning of unfamiliar tunes. Still, this is no substitute for blowing on an actual trumpet since you will still need to get your mouthwork and lung power up, and there is no substitute for that other than regular practice.
