Koreans Kyung-Ryul Lim and Miyeon Kim have come together to bring the “8” concept, a handheld communication device that uses a couple of flip-up touchscreen displays that will have various functionality, including video, telephone, dictionary, and a whole host of other programs. It will be interesting to see whether such a market exists, but this thing had best be connected to a dedicated power outlet since using it daily will definitely drain the batteries long before the day is over.
