
Kogan, a LCD monitor manufacturer from Australia will be hopping aboard the Android bandwagon, making it the first company to release an Android handset apart from HTC. We would have thought that Motorola’s increased involvement would place the big M in pole position, but guess one can’t be right all the time. Details are extremely rare at this point in time, but it is highly likely that there will be a touch screen display and a scrollball for easier navigation. Chances are also there that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity as well as GPS navigation are standard issue features. Those living Down Under can expect to bring one home before Christmas for $199.
