Blockbuster Could Release Set-Top Box Before Christmas

Rumor has it that Blockbuster could roll out its own set-top box by the time the holidays are in full swing, enabling users to receive Movielink downwloads right in the comfort of their own living room, marshmallows and hot chocolate in hand. There is not much information available, and Blockbuster’s past record in a set-top box isn’t exactly sterling, so it would be interesting to see whether this rumor holds any water – and if it does, will it be a success or another flop? Having a decent Netflix competitor would be nice…
