Everyone’s going wireless these days, so it makes sense for wireless USB to finally catch on. Unfortunately, not many peripherals rely on wireless USB yet, and Cables Unlimited hopes to change that with its $129 Wireless USB Kit. Compatible with Windows XP and Vista platforms, the Wireless USB Kit comprises of a receiver and transmitter that can function with either a single USB device or multiple devices within a 30-foot radius. The main drawback is only one user will be able to access the paired device(s) at a time, and only non-isochronous peripherals are supported. Guess that leaves USB webcams, speakers and microphones out of the picture.
