EeeRotate Program Gets You Disoriented

You know how most notebooks have the option to show the display in either portrait or landscape modes? Well, you can now do that with the Eee PC 700 as well, turning it into an impromptu e-book reader. After all, the classic Eee PC 700 is small and lightweight enough to qualify as one. The EeeRotate software enables you to do so, and is compatible with all Windows XP-powered Eee PCs – too bad for those who opted for Linux. Once installed, all you need to do is perform the following :-

  • Ctrl + Alt + Right: rotate screen and touchpad by 270 degrees
  • Ctrl+Alt+Up: back to normal Ctrl + Alt + Up: back to normal

Word has it EeeRotate even functions with the Lenovo IdeaPad S10.
