
Huawei of China will be participating the Symbian Foundation, and has voiced its intention to manufacture Android-powered smartphones in the near future. Of course, they’re also hedging their bets by working on Symbian-powered handsets as well, and the first batch from both camps will roll out in the first half of next year and made available via major operators sans Huawei’s branding. Too bad that’s all Huawei let out on, and nothing else is known about features, design or pricing structure.
