We have not heard much about SSD makers ever since we published the review of Intel’s X25-M SSD drive. But Samsung recently talked about its 256GB SSD products and Micron just announced that its own 256GB SSD would be pushed back to March 2009 – We first published about the Micron C200 and P200 on August 5, 2008. Both Micron products will read at speeds of 250MB/sec, which is comparable to Intel’s X25-M, but with a much higher capacity. I can’t wait to see the price, and get my hands on a test unit.
