Here is yet another Blu-ray player in the market – the NAD T587 that not only covers BD Profile 1.1, but it does 2.0 as well. All advanced HD codecs are also supported, including Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD MA and DTS-HD HR in 7.1 channels. Video nuts will be pleased to know that the NAD T587 is able to support a resolution of up to 1080p via HDMI. Don’t throw out that old DVD collection yet – the NAD T587 will also upconvert DVD movie playback to 1080p. With a USB 2.0 port, you can also stick in a USB flash drive to view images over your HDTV.
