Samsung Epix GPS Tweak

The Samsung Epix might feature GPS navigation capability, but it won’t function right out of the box other than GPS software provided by Navigator. Well, for those who are wondering what can be done about this situation, a few tweaks as listed below are required if you want to toy around with anything else other than Navigator. Just follow the instructions below and you’re good to go.

Start > Settings > Sytem Tab > GPS Settings: Programs Tab: GPS Program Port = COM1 Hardware Tab: GPS Hardware Port = COM9;baud=4800
