Samsung has updated its Syncmaster line with five new monitors to further confuse you if you’re in the market for an LCD monitor. Both the 15.6″ SyncMaster 633NW and 18.5″ 933SN will come with a VGA port and supports 1,360 x 768 resolution, which means you can’t use it to watch full HD movies on it in its full glory. Those with looser purse strings will be able to consider the 20″ 2033SW that features 1,600 x 900 resolution. As for the 21.5″ 2233SW and 23″ 2333SW, both models share the following specifications :-
- 1,920 x 1,080 resolution
- 1,000:1 contrast ratio
- 5ms response time
- 170-degree viewing angles
- DVI/VGA inputs
- 300cd/m2 brightness
All these models are tipped for a Japanese release next month, retailing between $187 to $312.
