SoftBank is offering the Toshiba 831T cell phone, also known as the fanfun.petit. It targets those who are always on the forefront of fashion, featuring the ability to change the front panel according to the way you like it, and is equipped with the following functions :-
- WCDMA, HSDPA support
- 2.8″ widescreen TFT display at 240 x 400 resolution
- External 0.6″ OLED display
- 2 megapixel CMOS camera with autofocus
- Music playback
- microSD/SDHC memory card slot
- GPS navigation
Interestingly enough, it also boasts an “emergency” button located on the phone’s side – pressing it will emit a loud wail in order to warn passers-by of an immediate threat, while sending the handset’s current co-ordinates to relevant law enforcement agencies via GPS. Neat!
