Tradestead Releases Own Portable Media Player

Tradestead Corporation has just rolled out its own portable media player that won’t win any awards nor stop the iPod’s bestselling status, but it might provide a(n extremely) cheap alternative in these economically tough times. The 2.4″ TFT display with 320 x 240 resolution won’t wow anybody, while the 1GB internal memory isn’t going to win it any friends, either. Supported formats include MPEG4 and JPEG, and we’re inclined to think that it also comes with an 8-bit emulator, so you will be able to get your Mario fix on-the-go. Other features consist of a built-in microphone and a microSD memory card slot.
