Apple has achieved yet another milestone, adding one more feather to its already full hat by obtaining 8.87% market share of Internet surfers who use a Mac. When you take into consideration the iPhone’s 0.37%, that would mean one in eleven people surf the Web on an Apple device. Just as one man’s meat is another man’s poison, Windows users for the first time in recent memory will account for less than 90%, with Internet Explorer’s dominance hitting another setback by dropping below 70% for the first time since the late 1990s. Will this trend continue, or do you think Microsoft will do something to buck it?
