The FCC has gotten their hands around an unidentified Casio Exilim camera phone that will feature CDMA connectivity while supporting EV-DO Rev. A. It will be interesting to see just how well this camera phone will stack up against the rest, considering Casio’s expertise in the digital camera field with their Exilim line of dedicated digicams. Most people will still stick to their dedicated digital cameras if they want to take serious photos though, but it is always nice to have a decent backup solution for those Murphy moments. Just in case, you know.
