Hop-on is a name synonymous with cheap and easy-to-use phones, targeting both ends of the age spectrum. Still, that does not mean they are going to overlook the middle class market, with plans to unveil a Google Android-powered hanset at CES next month. This phone will not only come with the aforementioned operating system, it will also include a gambling software known as Casino Wagering, rolling out in Europe as well as other countries where online gambling has the green light. Hmmm, this doesn’t sound like a good idea. Granted, when times are good people gamble with excess money, but hard times might cause more people to take “just one chance” at striking it big in such an accesible manner. Does Hop-on have a conscience?
