
Paul at Modaco developed a custom ROM that holds an integrated Internet Explorer Mobile 6 inside, which goes against Microsoft’s policy of not including Internet Explorer Mobile 6 as a separate download for current devices. For those who are willing to take the plunge, bear in mind that this ROM upgrade will result in a loss of all your current data, so make sure you have made a proper backup before performing the upgrade. Guess this won’t be able to beat Apple’s Safari browser yet though when it comes to ease-of-use and versatility.
