LightDrops Umbrella Concept

The umbrella surely cannot be further improved upon in terms of design, can it? Apparently not, but that doesn’t mean its functionality should remain the same – the LightDrops umbrella concept takes this route by harnessing the power of potential energy from raindrops that fall on its surface, thanks to a conductive membrane known as PDVF. This membrane will transform potential energy into electrical energy which is then used to power embedded LEDs by lighting up your umbrella. Needless to say, the heavier it pours, the more light you will receive.
