MaxData Belinea o.book 1XS

MaxData of Germany has launched its 10″ netbook known as the Belinea o.book 1XS, which is rather hard to roll off the tongue. Still, as the Bard once iterated, a rose by any other name would smell just as sweet – in this case, it would perform just as well (for a netbook, of course), thanks to the following standard features :-

• Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor
• 10.2″ display at 1,024 x 600 resolution
• 1GB RAM
• 160GB hard drive
• 802.11b/g Wi-Fi connectivity
• Windows XP

With a 3-cell battery, don’t expect this to last too long before you scurry over to the nearest power supply. The Belinea o.book 1XS is priced at 339 Euros and comes with a 2-year warranty.
