We’re pretty sure you can still remember the Phantom Lapboard, one of the most famous vaporware in the history of technology. While only a few units were built earlier this year, they weren’t exactly revolutionary to say the least, receiving much more than a wayward shoe from reviewers. Well, for those who always see the glass as half full will be pleased to note that Phantom has managed to secure funding to build the Lapboard alongside some upgrades to its internal components found in the mouse as well as other segments of the hardware. Pretty hard to believe considering the company’s (rather poor) track record and the current economic climate, but then again who knows?
