Think your Blu-ray disc is the bomb? Well, it is time to tuck your tail between your legs as Pioneer parades its 16-layer optical disc that is able to hold a whopping 400GB worth of data. This technology owes much to Blu-ray though, although it uses a totally different material to make up its reflective layers despite relying on similar Blu-ray specifications where the pick-up head (PUH) of the disc is concerned.
