Sling Media Updates SlingPlayer Mobile For Windows Mobile

Sling Media just unveiled updated versions of its SlingPlayer Mobile for Windows Mobile Professional and Standard devices, which means both touchscreen and non-touchscreen devices will be able to take advantage of these updates. One of the main additions to this new release is increased support for screen resolutions such as 800 x 480, 640 x 480, 400 x 240 and 320 x 320. The following 15 handsets are now officially supported by Sling Media :-

  • Sprint Treo 800w
  • Sony Ericsson X1
  • Palm Treo Pro
  • Sprint HTC Touch Diamond
  • Sprint HTC Touch Pro
  • Verizon HTC Touch Pro
  • Verizon Samsung Saga
  • Verizon Samsung Omnia
  • AT&T LG Incite
  • AT&T HTC Fuze
  • AT&T Samsung Epix
  • HP iPAQ 910
  • AT&T Pantech Duo
  • Sprint Samsung ACE
  • Verizon XV6900

Logic dictates that other devices that share the resolutions mentioned ought to be able to work with the new release.
