Tima Watch Concept

Now here’s a much more decipherable timepiece, if only it were real. The Tima watch concept by Julien Bergignat allows one to view the time in either analog or digital modes.

Both displays can be adjusted simultaneously on the same hour, or indicate two different time zones. This display can also alternate the two types of visualization. Thanks to the ePaper technology, characters can be displayed on the curved surface of the watch.

Sounds pretty groovy, and we’re sure it will do much better compared to the Chronochrome. Strange how a practical design like this doesn’t get released while a more confusing one does.
