Transparent Display Could Work In Future

We’re still stuck with displays that aren’t transparent, but the future of see-through displays is on its way, thanks to the efforts of a bunch of brains at the University of Southern California who came up with this transparent display which is able to create an auto-mirroring backing whenever you use it so that nobody else is privy to your activities. This clear and colorless disc measures approximately 5″ in diameter and is flexible, being able to bend and twist just like a playing card, thanks to a lattice of over 20,000 nanotube transistors capable of high-performance electronics printed upon it using a potentially inexpensive low-temperature process. We’re looking forward to the application of such a display, including affordable e-paper displays and heads-up windshield units. How about a fully interactive shower curtain?
