Dmedia is visionary in its own way with a standalone GPS navigation system that not only helps you get to your intended destination, it also boasts WiMAX connectivity so that you will be able to remain connected at all times to the Internet. There is no word on whether the Dmedia G5W is a finished product or is it still in the prototype store, but some of the specifications shown include :-
- 5? touch sensitive widescreen display
- Bluetooth connectivity
- FM transmitter
- GPRS/EDGE modules
Now this would really catch on in cities with free WiMAX, but until that massive roll out happens, this remains a pipe dream. How much do you think a device like the Dmedia G5W will cost?
