No, we don’t mean carrying an Eee PC inside the car and using it, but actually taking your regular 7″ Eee PC apart and integrating its parts into a vehicle’s dashboard, connecting it to the stereo system with the ability to function as a graphic equalizer as well. This automobile computer features 1GB RAM, 4GB of internal memory topped up by another 8GB thanks to an SDHC card, Bluetooth connectivity and the following :-
- 7″ 800 x 480 resolution display
- Bluetooth connectivity
- Slot-loading DVD-RW drive
- GPS navigation
- 5.1 channel audio
- Touchscreen capability
- USB adapters
Sounds pretty much like what every single driver needs, and it would be cool if we could hook up an external hard drive via USB to view videos directly off it for those long road trips.
