[CES 2009] During its keynote, Sony has presented Flex OLED, a 27” OLED TV that is very thin. The screen itself is as thick as 3 credit cards stacked on top of each other, but the electronics in the back creates a little bump that’s one inch thick or so. Not surprisingly, the image quality is amazing. We can’t wait to get affordable ones, but we don’t think that the pricing will become consumer-friendly until 2012 – unless you think that consumer-friendly means $2500 for an 11” TV.
