Behold, the customary blur shot of the OLPC 2.0 prototype has hit the Internet, and the display doesn’t seem to work apart from showing a static image of the African continent. Looks set to be a touchscreen device, and it opens up in a book format, and we’re thinking that the middle segment offers more of a distraction – how we wish that flexible displays are cheap enough to be included in something like the OLPC 2.0. No idea on a final date or destination, but we’re pretty sure the price will be cheap enough to be purchased for use in less developed countries.
