Ridax Small Charge Converter

Ridax has rolled out its Small Charge Converter for the iPod and iPhone, which misses out on the mini-USB port that is available on the much larger original converter design. The Small Charge Converter lives up to its namesake by measuring 40mm x 18mm x 11mm. If you’re interested in picking one up, it will retail for $30 although those who already own the large model can trade theirs in for $7. Apparently the folks at Ridax posted an anonymous comment to iLounge’s coverage of their Small Charge Converter in an attempt to convince readers that this “converter is priced too low” and “for sure should cost more than double that.” First we have Belkin-gate, and now a form of astroturfing?
