UK Get Bravia XEL-1 TV

Talk about a long wait – folks living in the UK will finally be able to get their hands on the 11″ Bravia XEL-1 TV from Sony – two years after it was first unveiled to the world. It will retain its 3mm thin form factor, but the price is just insane at £3,489, considering one would pay only $2,499 in the US – when converted, that amounts to roughly £1,750. Talk about paying double for the same thing when you can clearly get it across the pond for much cheaper. Ah well, we suppose if you don’t mind dropping four thousand quid on a tiny TV without blinking, price is definitely not an issue with you then.
