This human powered laptop recharger is supposed to give you juice in the outdoors or any places with no AC plugs. I am not a hiking fan and when I sometimes go outdoors, I use it as an excuse to unplug all my gadgets, so I have a hard time to imagine anyone willing to pump on this device after a hard hike. The YoGen MaxT produce 50-60 watts, enough for a notebook to function, and internal AA batteries keep the power flowing while your leg is resting.
