FastMac USB Blu-ray Drive Is Official

At long last, the FastMac USB external slimline Blu-ray reader is now official and will come in a trio of models – the APP-6907, APP-6963 and APP-6964. The first of the three will retail for a mere $99, featuring DVD± capability as well, whereas the more expensive APP-6963 at $299 will boast a 1x BD-R drive. Last but not least we have the $399 APP-6964 4x BD-R drive. All three models are readily available at this moment and can be used on both PC and Mac platforms, although Windows is required for BD movie playback.
