LaCie has introduced its latest d2 Blu-ray drive for folks who want to enjoy High Definition movies on their computers as well as make copies of data on a Blu-ray disc which holds way much more information compared to a regular DVD, so good luck trying to find enough important content to transfer over to a Blu-ray disc. Features of the LaCie d2 Blu-ray Drive include :-

8x media is pretty hard to find at the moment in the US, but not impossible. At least you can get the hardware ready, although it will set you back by $450.
