
LoJack has released its latest device known as SafetyNet that enables caretakers of people with Alzheimer’s, Down syndrome and other diseases to keep track of their charge without worrying about them disappearing into the sunset, sparking off a city-wide search alongside nights of anxiety and sleeplessness. Thismulti-faceted solution is not only meant for the medical field only, but can also be used by law enforcement and public safety agencies. We’re all for such technology, although we do worry about being watched upon without our knowledge.
