New Century Technology of China has cloned the Zune, and their final product does look like Microsoft’s floundering portable media player from a distance in its full brushed aluminum glory. The list of specifications are as unimpressive as its pedigree, featuring a maximum storage space of 4GB, a directional button to replace the Zune trackpad, support for audio files and AMV videos. Definitely not something you would want to buy as a present for a techie, that’s for sure, and we’re confident there are better buys out there with more substance at a similar price point.
