[Mobile World Congress] The first chapter of the Palm Web OS programming book named Palm webOS: Developing Applications in JavaScript Using the Palm Mojo Framework is now available for free on OReilly’s site and Palm’s developer site. This will start building some buzz around the Palm Web OS community.
If you’re interested in Web OS development, don’t miss the webcast held by Mitch Allen (Palm’s Software Chief) on February 25th at 10am PT: http://oreilly.com/go/webospreview
The final book is still being worked on, so is the SDK. Both are expected to be available on or shortly after the Palm Pre is released. Development books are fun to work on, but hard to finish, trust us on that one.
