For those who have been waiting for the Samsung Memoir for quite some time already, rejoice! T-Mobile will be rolling out the Memoir, also known as the SGH-T929 before February is over. The Memoir is a phone first and camera second, or is it the other way round? We’re not really sure ourselves as the line between the two is really thin, thanks to the 8 megapixel shooter inside. The Samsung Memoir will rely on its multimedia capabilities a whole lot when it comes to marketing it, and we’re pleased to announce that users can upload photos straight onto online photo sharing sites including Flickr, Kodak gallery, Photobucket and Snapfish, but we would advice getting an unlimited data plan if you want to take advantage of such a feature. Other goodies include Samsung’s very own TouchWiz user interface, a virtual QWERTY keyboard, MP3 playback, aGPS, Bluetooth connectivity and voice activated dialing among others. No idea on how much this 3G phone will cost though, but we have less than 3 weeks to find out.
